"We stayed here as a family of 3. The landscaping and house are very well maintained. The backyard is completely private and vast. Lots of fruit trees and little walking paths. The hot tub was a daily activity in the afternoons and after dinner. Beds were super comfortable and the kitchen is very modern. We had one small issue which required contacting the property manager and they responded very quickly, were super nice and got it sorted for us. You are basically 10 min from everywhere. Downtown Santa Barbara is an easy drive, Montecito is also close by. Very easy access to the 101. Overall this place is a winner and you should consider it if you come out to the Santa Barbara area."
