Shower gel ran out on day 1 in ensuite so hadnt been refilled from last persons stay and coffee was a solid lump in the cannister (not airtight). Tiny milk carton provided on arrival, suitable for 1 person. I have never had to pay for internet...

"The house is in a quiet residential area outside the city center with a lovely view. The italian contingent of our group found the host to be very helpful and very responsive. We appreciated her assistance in recovering a lost item; she definitely went above and beyond the expectations of our Italian friends who will remain very grateful."

"I can’t fault the house. It was very clean and tidy. The kitchen facilities were all there and in working order. Great to have access to Netflix. Here was the issue. First is the very steep and dark drive way. I like property with easy access. This was not easy access. Once you got to the top of the drive you have to do a 3 point turn to be able to leave. This was not fun on a slope. The second issue is that the house is a shared property. This means there is a rental under the house. And they...

"The house is well maintained and has a beautiful view. The property manager was "all business" - but was responsive when help was requested. Only one bedroom was made available - the other bedrooms were locked. (I some times am restless and might have made use of the second bedroom - though in all fairness I didn't raise the issue.)"

"The location, setting, and view are amazing. One beach right in front of you, another one a short walk away. Really nice hiking trail to Russell through rainforest-like foliage with handy interpretive signs along the way. Really roomy place with everything you need."

"Amazing attention to detail for a specail retreat. Enjoyed the fire, views, quiet and spa. Nice to have an electric lazyboy and smart tv. Cooking facilities are good. Bathrrom os lovely.
