"Such a great stay. The location is near to both the bus station and the train station. The room is very well equipped and clean. There is also a lounge where you can hang out during the stay. "Beautiful Ryokan with very friendly and helpful service. We had a room with both tatami and western beds (raised off the ground) which worked very well for the elders in our group that weren't used to sleeping on the ground. No shower/bath in the room as the expectation is to use the public baths (or private family baths which are first come first serve basis). Our group had no issues accessing the private family baths which we preferred. The family onsen was MUCH larger than expected. The dressing room was spacious as well. We enjoyed both in the evening and morning before checkout. The rooms themselves were very comfortable and spacious. Public baths were also clean and beautiful. The meals were also a great experience (both Dinner and Breakfast). They were able to accommodate our group of 9 into a large room and went above and beyond to communicate/explain all the dishes which were all beautifully and deliciously prepared. The view outside was amazing as the Ryokan sat on top of a hill looking down to the town. It's a bit of a walk down to the shopping area (bit over 15 mins) but this meant this location was very quiet and serene. We loved it and would recommend to anyone. "
