"綺麗で清潔にされているお部屋でとても良かったです。 9人宿泊の所で椅子が8脚しかなかったので、人数分揃えるか、折りたたみでもいいからあればよかったなと思いました。 とても寒い日で外風呂の湯温が上がらず入れませんでしたが、内湯はひのき風呂で気持ちがよかったです。"

"Very special property that we loved. We stayed in January and esp loved the onsen and subfloor heating. Check in was easy enough because there was the option of online pre-registration. The road to the house was windy but not too bad - note that the GPS in the rental car may not show you the way. We used Google maps and got there without difficulty. We were thankful to have a 4WD and snow tires, because there was ice on parts of the road. Highly recommend the place!"

"Stay away from this hotel: no person in the front desk; the heat was not working (-2 Celsius); no one answered the phone for customer service … worst nightmare for my stay in a foreign country that only a few persons speak English. "I enjoyed staying here, but there are some things that can be improved. The air filter in the bathroom had not been cleared in a really long time, if ever. No one has dusted behind the TV in quite some time. I stayed for two weeks, but was only given 1 role of toilet paper and a meager amount of dish soap. The lighting outside is very dim and I was worried about slipping when come back in the evening when it had rained. It would also be helpful to have instructions in English for the appliances....
