"This is our second time coming to this hotel. We found it quite lovely, however we could see some downgrades from last year in terms of food. The cafe was closed the entire time. The spa has a bit of a smell and the pillows and duvet are not the best. I think they can improve on that. The staff is friendly and everyone speaks English, that was great. "This hotel was great for sharing with another family. The rooms were fabulously equipped. The parking was a little tricky to get in to with a big car and the small village that the hotel was in did not have any other facilities but it was very close to Solden which is a fabulous place to also visit in Winter and Summer.
