"- not clean, dust and dirty floors - can hear neighbours blowing noses and foot steps - not enough hot water, cold showers - no latches for security, cleaning staff walked into our unit startling our young children on our last day! - cleaning staff yelled at my children for being 5 mins late, this is unacceptable - management will talk back, they are condensding and not accommodating - no soap, not enough towels - do not use bread service, it's not accessible - parking is very tight, garage...

The parking was a little tricky to get in to with a big car and the small village that the hotel was in did not have any other facilities but it was very close to Solden which is a fabulous place to also visit in Winter and Summer. "
