"The restaurant was excellent all the staff were nicely dress and very efficient, pricing was reasonable for this star hotel. Our room was lovely and clean with excellent bedding and towels. The spa is well worth a visit one of the best we have tried in recent months and the staff 1st class. Plenty of car parking but the reception forgot to make a note of my registration apart from that highly recommended. R Bristol"

The staff were super friendly and couldn’t do enough for us and the room was lovely, we had a great view of the gardens! The location plus all of the above we felt was great value for money and we are already missing our stay in the New Forest! Would definitely recommend! "
