"The property is updated and clean. It's close to shopping and eateries. The only negative comment I have is that their website needs to update how to enter the apartment. Instead of stating to enter code and push door, tell patrons to enter door and turn knob while the button on the knob is still green. It was, honestly, a bit confusing. Other than that, everything was excellent!"

"The property manager was not reasonable in our request for a compensation settlement being that the flat had no heating one evening. She said that I should have called her to which I responded that I hadn’t that evening due to the lateness and opted to report it in the morning. She was not accommodating but curt. I further want all to know that even though the place is supposed to be smoke free it really isn’t as a person can smoke in an outdoor door space outside the bedroom. All smoke odors...

"I would not wish our experience on anyone. This property should NEVER BE ON ANY SITE FOR UNSUSPECTING GUESTS TO BOOK. To say this property was filthy is an understatement. From the moment we got out of our cab the entrance to the property leading to our rented unit was lined with garbage. The bedding was soiled and appeared slept in. The couch had crumbs on it. The area rug was filthy, floors were dirty. There were cobwebs everywhere. There was a closet in the bedroom that housed cleaning...

There is a large car park around the block from the apartment - handy information to know ahead of time as we drove past the property a few times before determining there was no driveway. The VRBO site noted close to public transportation- bus to London right outside the door! Close to dining options, and there is a nice supermarket at the car park area. "
