"Very quick and kind service when checked in. They showed us to our rooms and offered to help with our bags. Showed us where the emergency exits were as well and made themselves very accessible if we needed anything. Location was perfect and you could even access the subway from the basement level or shop without even going outside. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The room and bathroom were a good size and clean. Great hotel and experience staying with them. "

"Check in at the hotel was fast and easy, but we had more welcoming check in experience at another hotel where staff taking the time to tell us more about the hotel and services.
