"Anticipating the cold weather in February, we booked this hotel because it was attached to JR Sapporo station and it didn't disappoint. The rooms are well appointed and cosy and the views outside to the snow covered streets were lovely. Being able to walk from our hotel straight to the snow festival site in Odori park without having to go outside was also a bonus, as was enjoying all the amazing shopping and dining that the area had to offer"

"Very quick and kind service when checked in. They showed us to our rooms and offered to help with our bags. Showed us where the emergency exits were as well and made themselves very accessible if we needed anything. Location was perfect and you could even access the subway from the basement level or shop without even going outside. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The room and bathroom were a good size and clean. Great hotel and experience staying with them. "

"Great service and great location! The staff were always helpful. We traveled with our 1 year old and had a lot of luggage. The hotel staff received our luggage via shipping prior to our arrival since we were traveling through different cities before arriving in Sapporo. The room was clean and had a beautiful view over the city. "
