"We were a group of ladies attending a conference at Amalie Arena. We needed a place to stay that would accommodate all of us and within our budget. This house suited our needs well. The neighborhood is fine, but not resort like - it definitely feels residential. It has a good amount of space so families or groups have room to spread out. We didn't spend a lot of time at the house as we were gone from morning to night. A few things to point out - the bunk beds, as well as the main floor...

Giant smart TVs in several rooms including outside by the pool. The outdoor space was perfect for our group and we were in the pool every day. Pool was spotlessly clean. I would definitely rent this house again! "

"Six of us stayed at this very nice property as we were attending a nearby wedding. The views across St Joseph Sound were beautiful! Plenty of room to hang out in the large living room or on the back porch overlooking the Sound. The kitchen was nicely equipped, including both a Keurig and a drip coffeemaker. Lots of games, fishing gear, and even a cast net to catch bait! The pool was heated and clean. Our host, Larry, lives on site, but we really never noticed him. There were two occasions when...
