"The property itself was nice minus the fact that several light bulbs were dead. The air handler kept cycling in and off and not working properly. Very hot in the house. Hopefully gets repaired. Everything else was pleasant. Enough room. Nice location. Pond and kayaking was a great opportunity."

"My wife and I stayed 3 nights over the Independence Day holiday to attend the Kenny Chesney concert at Arrowhead Stadium. We loved the location of the rental, within a 10 minute walk to the Main St. Area in Lee's Summit. It was also an easy drive to Arrowhead for the concert, about 30 minutes. The house is a bit aged, but overall, comfortable. The front couch/futon was not the best to sit for extended periods, but was good for our needs. "This house was incredible. It had absolutely everything you need. Fully stocked kitchen (minus food of course), laundry room, plenty of extra towels for pool. Pool, dog and kid toys. Everything was clean and in good condition. This has been our best rental experience to date. "

"Enjoyed our stay at GMa Cabin. A huge house with plenty of rooms and beds for multiple clans. Only negative comment is there was no toilet paper and counters and dishes were a little dusty. Definitely not a deal killer. Beautiful surroundings with plenty to do 20 minutes back towards KC."

"My family came together to enjoy the holiday weekend. We rented 2 houses next door to one another. We gathered in the larger home for meals, games and visiting. Both houses were clean, modern and had the coffee bar stocked nicely. The furniture was comfortable and arranged well for our group of 13. The laundry room was stocked with detergent and dryer sheets which we greatly appreciated. Each house had 4 bedrooms. One of the king beds in the smaller house was broken so adults couldn’t use it....
