Where to begin? We were greeted by a clerk that was obviously high and a manger standing right next to him that did not even acknowledge us. There is an upfront $100 charge when you first check in that will be “ charged back in about 2-3 days.” The shower did not drain- it felt like I was taking a bath vs a shower. The bathroom mirror was dirty and the counter backsplash had some weird sticky substance on it. The pull out sofa bed still had long white dog hairs from the previous person. When attempting to retire for the night left was a very lively stink bug walking across the floor next to the bed. The people above us never stopped moving- the ceiling and walls are incredibly thin.

This is apparently a very new facility. Everything is in tip-top order. Service and reception were a pleasure. Be advised that the hotel can be rather difficult to locate as it is situated behind the shopping mall stores and is accessible via a small side street leading past a restaurant and other business structures.

Our room was very dirty. When we first go into our room, I noticed some brown stuff on 2 of our pillow cases and on our comforter. I went down to the first desk and told the associate working there and they got me new ones but without an apology. After looking around the room some more there was stain marks on several walls from where liquid had been spilled and had ran down the wall. One section of drywall around the window sill was damaged. There were oreo cookies all around the bed and a half eaten cough drop as well. The pool wasn't near what was described online, the website says heated pool but this was no where remotely close to headed making it too cold for my kids to swim in leaving them very disappointed. The pool area also had rust around the edges and alge growing on the edges on the walkway. Water pressure was so bad it took 15 minutes to fill the tub just enough for our children to splash in. Sink had better pressure than the shower/tub did. This visit was quite possibly the worst stay I have ever had in a hotel. We barely let our children walk on the floor because of how dirty our room was.

Check-in was pretty quick and simple. At first glance our room was clean. The bathroom, however, was not. There was dirt and clumps of hair on the floor. There was hair stuck to the shower wall and the bottom of the bathtub was slimy. I didn't realize how dirty the shower was until I got in and then I could not get out fast enough. We have stayed at this location before without any issues but now I'm not so sure we will be back.

Im unsure why this hotel receives great reviews. Run down and dirty. The first room we were given was filthy with razor blades in the trash can, dirt and bugs all over the floor, along with other misc items. We were than moved to a different room that was not in the best shape either. The elevator sounds like it’s going to breakdown and the inside was filthy. Wouldn’t recommend.
