"Check in was a NIGHTMARE I did my pre check in at 10 AM and I still had to wait in line at 4 pm for our keys. I was not expecting to have to wait in such a long line out the doors of the lobby. Very disappointed in that. But the manager started a new line for all of the people that had already pre checked in. Imo checking in needs to be better organized. "

"The check-in process went great, very friendly staff working at the counter. However, my stay was less than satisfactory. The bed was very uncomfortable, and the room lacked any comfort period!!
