"Great scenery "

"Service was on the whole really good, except we got ghosted by one butler 🙃 the property is really nice, but a bigger pool would be nicer. The best part was easy access to hillside pool on the sister property 😄 we got an ocean view room but there was barely a view of the ocean. Bed was a little too soft for me, and water in bathtub drained too slow (we complained 3 times). "Pleasant relaxing stay at a vintage property during a slow peiod. Staff was attentive warm and caring but could be hard to find due to the slow period. The regular chef knows his craft, if he is not around go elsewhere. Looking a beach, sorry but watersports they are ready for."

"Nice casual place with friendly staff. Food was really good. Bar across the street was really loud on Friday & Saturday nights which made it a bit hard to sleep. Overall we enjoyed our stay. "

"Property and villa (Cottonwood Treehouse) was adorable. Nature trail on property was nice but some garbage thrown on it that took away from the ambiance. Staff was super polite, attentive & professional. Food was average, was hoping for a bit better. Pools were nice."

"The thing I appreciated most was the courtesy of the staff. From the front desk to the housekeepers. Only complaint is breakfast could be a 'solid', for the lack of a better word. Instead of just coffee and toast. Eggs fried or boiled. Or calaloo , saltfish. Nothing expensive. Anyway I enjoyed my stay and have shared my experience with others. "

"The property was like being home. The owner Charmaine was very accommodating and everything you may need was already in the property. There was stairs to climb because it is the penthouse. lol. So be mindful if you can’t do steps at all. I have bad knees but it was doable. There were maintenance there that helped with out luggage when we arrived. There’s around the clock security. And you’re near the main strip but there is walking but again not bad. But that’s what you do in JA. I normally stay...
