"Our family was beyond appreciative of this stunning spacious ocean side home with views from each room! We travel to upscale homes frequently, and this one, with spiral staircase to a rooftop terrace overlooking ocean-perfect for morning Bloody Mary’s! Each cozy inviting bedroom has a tv, modern bathroom attached with high pressure hot showers, plenty of towels. In the evening, we all cozied up under blankets + grown adults watched Christmas movies on the big tv in family area with popcorn...

"Communication with the host was great. Aron was quick in responding. House was very clean and there was plenty of room and storage space. The beds were very comfortable. It was too cold for me to use the pool, but I enjoyed the hot tub at night. Tons of towels are provided. "

"This was our first time visiting this area of Florida and I’m so glad we stayed at Villa Y! Tom (manager) was very easy to communicate with. Staff at the resort were very nice and helpful. The villa is just feet away from the intercostal and you can actually see the water from your villa. "The property from the outside did not look real promising. The grass was very long and needed to be cut. The house itself was fine and as expected. Plenty of room. The bath towels need to be refreshed because many of them were ripped up and there were not enough wash clothes and hand towels. The air conditioner took a really long time to cool. We enjoyed our stay though."

"Great little duplex. Close to Mizner Park/Royal Palm/A1A and Beaches. Great hosts and great neighbors. Our dog was welcomed and played with several dogs at neighboring homes. The place was very clean and super inviting. Hoping to return to South Florida soon and will definitely re-book."
