"We enjoyed our stay at the property. We were in town for a family members hospital stay at VHC. It is a very good proximity to the hospital if that is what you are looking for (14-20 minutes depending on time of day). The house is very spacious with 4 full bedrooms. Lots of food options in the area. Communication with the owner was consistent and clear. Wi-Fi is reliable. The property could use more cooking supplies (pots/pans/utensils) but is otherwise fully functional for a family. "

"We had a large group of 8 for a convention at the Gaylord in National Harbor, and this was a perfect location and size for our group. Plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms, great kitchen and living room, really nice basement with pool table, TV and wet bar. The washer and dryer was an unexpected plus!A few minor downsides. The kitchen gear (pans, utensils) are odd, most not very useful. Make sure you check what the kitchen has before planning a dinner. You can also tell that some parts of the house...

"We stayed at this home Christmas week. It proved the perfect base for family aged 87 to 16. There was room enough for everyone to spread out. Commuications were excellent and host was very responsive. Our goal was to be able to have both traditional holiday dinners and gatherings and the adventure of exploring monuments and museums.The set up would also be convenient for families with younger children. If you want plush spa towels and fine linens - like you might expect at a hotel - bring them....

"This is a cute townhome in Old Town Alexandria within walking distance to more restaurants, bars, shops, than you can count. It was also only four blocks to the King Street Metro and Alexandria train stations, which was very convenient for getting into DC without having to fight traffic and worry about parking. There is also a dedicated off street parking space in the rear for one vehicle, which was very nice given the location.The owner was very responsive when I reached out with questions,...

"This place accommodated my 5 siblings and their families beautifully! Lots of space for everyone to spread out in without feeling on top of each other. 4 bedrooms and 3 baths on the top level were perfect for the adults. The bottom level was amazing and perfect for the 2 year old. Was able to take hjs naps/bedtime routine without being disturbed,or for that matter wake up the rest of the house. Large well equipped kitchen,plenty of space in the dining room to have 16 of us sit down for meals....
