"The chalet could not have been better and Anita is a great host, willing to help wherever she can. The chalet is beautifully themed, with lovely touches that make all the difference. The location is a short drive (2min) or 20min walk to Grunt station, 25min to Grindelwald Terminal - so perfect for days out in the Jungfrau region. "This was our second trip to this property and it was still great. Situated on the mountainside , in a small quiet cluster of properties, its only 5-10 minute drive to 2 gondolas accessing the ski slopes. The skiing was great. The property is very clean and comfortable. We hired both the house and apartment below, which has an indoor adjoining staircase. The children loved the bedrooms in the eaves. We mostly self catered and had everything that we needed. Loved lighting a fire for the soapstone...

"Secluded property on the edge of town. Bus stop is a 5 minute walk from the house or a 30 minute walk into Grindelwald. Kitchen is well stocked. Plenty of comforts of home make this a beautiful and welcome retreat. There are a lot of steps to gain access to the property so keep that in mind for all members of your party. "

"Service 7/10 Apartment 9/10 Service - For the price, it is rude to expect you to take your own trash out and dispose of it in a building that is across the plaza. Second, the women working the front were lazy and not hospitable. Otherwise, the apartment is very nice and clean. Great design. Quiet, walkable. close to ski lift. "
