"Staff, very friendly and helpful. The food we had was excellent And the beer was cold overall A good place to stay secure parking in the garage for motorbikes."

"We arrive late at night. Welcoming and friendly staff. It was an experience discovering the beauty of the place and building. Old house maintained quiet original. It's like a castle. We walked outdoors and found thre corus of the church signing what I think the best corus I've ever heard. We slept in very comfortable beds. Bars around the square only few feet away from the hotel. Secluded town that you want may to discover. "

"Although the hotel is quaint, very convenient, and spacious, the hotel does not have an elevator, the rooms do not have televisions, the beds are about two feet off the ground, and the hotel does not have on-site guest services. At 60 years of age, it's becoming more of a challenge for my wife and I to haul our luggage up two flights of stairs. "Great budget location to stay in Innsbruck. 5 min walk from the railway station and close to the main shopping street. The hotel gives you a bus/tram pass valid for the duration of your stay and also valid for buses up to local skiing areas. Definitely recommend. (My third stay there in a year)"

Perfect Ski Holiday Option

"Stayed 4 nights during a ski vacation. Couldn't ask for a better location - right across from the train station. In the morning just walk outside and catch one of the ski busses. Very clean and good security (card needed to enter after 6 and for elevator) If you're wiped after a long day then just fo across the street to the very well appointed supermarket in the lower level of the train The buffet breakfast is another great feature...nice mix of hot / cold Highly recommended "

"Fantastic location, walking distance to airport if you like a hike. Good options for breakfast. Nice room, lovely bathroom. Needed more hangers. Would have been nice to have been given more information by reception. A warmer welcome, to be told robes and slippers are supplied by reception, how would we know otherwise? Waiters & waitresses were all great. Spa opening at 3pm was a bit disappointing, though I understand why, and good it's open till 9pm. Steam & sauna working properly."
