"The desk clerk that check us in was a joy and she was very helpful and friendly. The male night clerk was not as friendly but there is the language barrier that can cause that so I never hold that against anyone. The hotel was very clean and seemed to be well maintained. I would stay there again. "

"Communication was great. Apartment is very small by most US standards but very adequate. The bedroom and living room are open to each other so there is no privacy. But it has a kitchen, bathroom, and a fantastic balcony. Nice neighborhood and fantastic location for using public transportation. We toured the castles, Salzburg, Rothenburg, and the Marienpkatz easily from here. Would definitely stay here again. "
