"This was a perfect property for our family of 6 (4 kids aged 9-15 and two adults)! There was plenty of room and could comfortably sleep even 7. We had a lot of fun with the foosball table, kids had fun with the bunkbeds and we used the kitchen to cook a couple meals. "The house is lovely! It is really comfortable, big livingroom and bedrooms with good bathroom and kitchen that has everything you want. There is a lot of outside space. The house is nicely decorated, the owners have clearly done much more that the minimum. It really feels like staying in a friend's house. The location is great. "This place is in a great location on a train route to Munich (45 minutes to Marienplatz), or the other direction to Tutzing, which is a cute lake town worth visiting. Also situated a nice day trip away from Neuschwanstein. For Americans, take your power adapters, there were no USBs to plug into at the place. The dryer has a reservoir that collects water, that is different from American dryers, a tip if your clothes don't seem to be drying. We had fun playing the fussball game downstairs."

"Our visit to Murnau was spectacular! 25 minute drive to picturesque Garmisch-Partenkirchen. The house was very large and had plenty of space for our 2 families, we were a total of 7 people. Free Wifi for all to be connected. We lit the fireplace every night, which added a magical touch for the month of December. We walked every night to our restaurants and to the lake directly from the house. We had a last minute addition of an additional person and it was no problem to make up an extra bed....
