"Large group of family (9 adults) stayed for a few days. It was very clean and several people took advantage of the sauna. Lenggries was very nice, we spent one day on the mountain, which is very convenient to the house. Walking distance to the train station so we didn't need to rent a car."

"We enjoyed our stay at Ferienwohnung Arlet very much. The two bedroom apartment was spacious, bright, clean and quiet. The kitchen was modern and fully equipped. The bathroom had a large shower and a separate bathtub. We especially enjoyed the shower with it's great flow of hot water. We chose this apartment due to its proximity to the Gaissach train stop. "Overall the rental was very good; hosts were gracious. Listing stated rental had AC and it did not. In the photos, what appears to be a general living area is in fact the 2nd sleeping area. Listing also did not mention large church across street that has loud bells that chime every 1/4 hour starting at 5 am. Host lives on property. there was lots of traffic in and out of property. "Es hat sich wie zu Hause angefüllt. Es war einfach sehr ruhig und mega entspannend in einer schönen Umgebung. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und waren jederzeit präsent um alle Anliegen zu klären. Nicht zu vergessen, dass wir uns sehr über die Einladung des Sohnes im Stadl zu einer Silvesterparty gefreut haben. Wir waren rundum sehr zufrieden und kommen sehr gerne wieder. "Sehr angenehme Kommunikation mit Frau Graf, der Eigentümerin der Wohnung. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr sauber und geräumig. Lediglich die versehentliche Angabe eines Whirlpools in der Beschreibung war etwas ärgerlich. Ansonsten war es ein angenehmer Aufenthalt in der Wohnung in Utting."

"We stayed for a week, trains easily accessible into Munich centre and shopping areas. The only thing that let it down was cleaning and changing bed sheets is done every 7 days and if you want it done sooner you have to pay to wash sheets yourself. The pillows were very uncomfortable and the bed was just two single beds pushed together with a single duvet each which in my opinion does not match the price you pay. The little stove tops were handy and really enjoyed the addition of having a fridge....
