The owner did spray the interior for bugs a few hours after I notified them, but we continued to see live roaches in the house and chose to sleep in our vehicle instead. Other than the roaches, the view from the front porch was amazing!"

"14 of us ranging from teens to adults stayed for 4 nights for our annual sxs trip. We rode at Buffalo wilderness rider which is about 20 mins away but we hauled our trailers and rides there since it was mostly highway miles. This house has soooo much space!! It’s even bigger in person than in the pictures and there is plenty of bed space for everyone! The living room and kitchen are large and wide open. The outdoor space was great as well. Plenty of seating for everyone and a fire pit that...

"The three Goetz siblings and their extended family of 18 total slept comfortably at the Perch! Beautiful view of Horseshoe Canyon! Near to the Buffalo River and Lost Valley Trail plus others. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our family meals. Spacious dining tables for eating and games! Outdoor fire pit was lovely! Very clean and well kept facility. Would highly recommend! Communication with the host was quick and easy!"
