"We loved staying on the farm; we felt right at home! We wanted to hike, and this place is close to Mt. Nebo SP, Lake Dardanelle SP, and Petit Jean SP! The cottage was squeaky clean, the bed was comfortable, the decor was charming, and the Grays are the friendliest! There is plenty of room, and we had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend the farm cottage."

"The updates are spectacular and yet still cozy and comfy. The view of the lake…and no other homes is what will bring us back. Funny story: I thought I heard a bear…come to find out it was the sound of someone driving outside the lane and the tires one the graded area of the shoulder. So. Yes, the bridge traffic is there, but not once did it interfere with relaxing. "

"This property has a lot of potential but could use some extra attention to make it great. The rooms are spacious and the TV is large, so that is nice. Had trouble getting comfortable on the small couch and very firm mattresses. Some areas were missed in turnover, which happens sometimes.Host was very communicative. "

"We loved the cottage on Mt. Casa Rd! It was so quiet and relaxing - the distance to Petit Jean State Park was ideal for us, and we had a wonderful time. The property manager was quick to answer any questions we had, and the cottage was clean as a whistle, including freshly mowed lawn, when we arrived. Highly recommend if you want to be near Petit Jean. "

"This was our second year in a row to come to drive the roads, view the mountains and the fall foliage. The colors were not as vibrant due to lack of rain, but this rental is amazing as are the roads to drive. Love this area and love this unit. The Internet was quite sporadic and Robbie had a man come out to put a new receiver in that fixed the issue in less than a half hour. Great service."
