Fantastic stay!
It's a gated residence with private parking that can fit 2-3 vehicles easy. Very clean and spacious. Plenty of seating. Central to areas between San Ramon and San Francisco. Excellent customer service. Easy check out.

Wonderful getaway
We had a great time at bonvoyage home. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. Very clean and comfortable and has everything you could need. Would absolutely recommend to stay there!

Overall, the home was good. Would be nice to have a "advice note" for how to navigate the neighborhood safely as right around the corner are very not safe doings (per the neighbors).

Was exactly as represented in the listing. Very modern, well provisioned, and clean home. Attentive host. With 4 full bedrooms and 3 full baths, excellent for a family visit (we were very comfortable with 7 adults.)

Great property, be safety-aware
Overall this property was just what my family and I needed for our holiday visit to nearby relatives. There were plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms for everyone, the kitchen was lovely and had everything we needed, there were plenty of towels for bathing, and the proximity to the Oakland airport and the nearby places we were visiting was wonderful. As other reviews have noted, be prepared that there are nearby piles of trash and unhoused individuals. However, we felt very safe once inside the gate, and the overall neighborhood has many other homes, vehicles, and people that increased the sense of safety.

We Had An Awesome Time
To be honest the place is nice the house is nice on the inside 4 bd and 3 baths a lot of space good for a big group of family or friends. It was the neighborhood that shock us with a lot of homeless around. Outside is not the best of neighborhoods at all but he has a big gate with a padlock and the house is secure and it is quiet it was no problem once I got over the neighborhood I was fine. He was nice and when I contacted him about anything he responded back asap. It was a good experience.

Property was VERY clean. Kitchen was well stocked, it was actually a great kitchen that came in handy for kids breakfast every morning. The house felt very welcoming. I really loved the details and how clean the property was. Jamar left fresh flowers for us. The backyard was great for hanging out. My only concern was the location. The house is located next to what seems to be an auto shop and in front of a construction company. The shop was loud at all times of the day. There was so much trash on the street and homeless people up and down the street. However, no one bothered us. Our only challenge was trying to get a good night sleep with all the noise of the train, people, cars, etc. Overall, the house is spacious, very clean and the details of making sure we felt welcomed was evident.

Horrible neighborhood
This house is a nice little house, the bathrooms were a little musty but it was clean. Mattresses were pretty hard too. HOWEVER, the listing did not indicate the type of neighborhood it was in. Driving up at night with little ones in the car was outright scary. There is a sizeable homeless encampment adjacent to the home and piles of garbage all over the street. The home is next door to some kind of a junkyard or something and dogs barked until after 2am. The house on the other side appears to be abandoned and the house is at the end of a dark street. I went outside to get something from the car and there were a few homeless people that appeared to be doing drugs within eyeline of the property. I need to let you know that I'm not some kind of suburban Karen type who freaks out over a bit of homelessness and that I lived in a large city urban setting myself and work at a nonprofit. Homeless people generally don't scare me....HOWEVER......this is a legit scary dark street with questionable people wandering around. Especially with children staying with me. It was so bad that we actually left after just one night because our two little girls didn't feel safe there. There should be some kind of neighborhood warning on the rental. It's not a kid friendly rental.

Diamond in the rough..
Property in EXCELLENT location. Jamar answered all my questions right away. Felt secure with the Gate locking in the front. I read other people's comments about the trash and noise coming from the shop next door. The trash is just Oakland as a whole and the noise I didn't hear ANY. Older home but upgraded to fit all ur needs.

Diamond in the Rough Neighborhood
We had a really good stay. The inside was very clean, the layout out back was nice. There was enough space for all of us. The downsides we did see were : No central Air (Coming from TX where we have central air it makes a huge difference) There were ants in the kitchen (We kept things clean and wiped down, We have them in TX too) There weren’t enough fans to equip all rooms that didn’t have AC, and the area outside the gate (We kept it locked at all times. We were pretty surprised at the amount of trash on the ground and homeless so close to the property. Like 20 feet away from the corner,We definitely would not walk anywhere). Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and the owners hospitality.

The stay was ok… The property was gated and there were locks on the doors, but unfortunately the neighborhood and surrounding areas made us feel unsafe. Other than that, the communication from the host was great; he was very accommodating for my family and I. The location was convenient for us, as it was only a few minutes from the Oakland airport.

Home away from home!
Everything was just as listed. Location was convenient to Bart and property has plentiful off street parking. Rooms are comfortable. The open living/dining/kitchen was suitable for our nice family gathering. The backyard space was a super bonus! The owner was extremely responsive and the consummate professional! Was trying to book again already dates were taken - darn!
