"The staff at the front desk was wonderful, friendly very professional. Restaurant had an awesome breakfast and the server was amazing. Sat outside in at breakfast. The scenery was the beach housekeeping was amazing and provided great service. The only complain I have was the the person who gave out the towels at the pool. Her name was Ana She had horrible customer service skills didn’t show any empathy for the guest. She was quite rude."

"Amazing vacation Sonesta Fort Lauderdale beach was a very clean hotel with an amazing great restaurant attached. Heated out door pool and across the street was a beautiful beach with beach chairs for hotel guests. We are booked again to go back in November! "

"I love the B Ocean. I stay there every time I visit Ft. Lauderdale. However the check in process is terrible. I arrive early and stand in line quite a while before getting to the check in desk to be told that my room is not ready and that I will be informed when it is ready. When I go to ‘recheck in’ I have to wait in line again. It takes too long and is rather hectic. They need to improve the process for guests who arrive before the 4 PM check in time. "
