Decking in need of small repairs, slippery when wet and icy. Front door lock took getting use to. Overall, 9 out of 10, definitely recommend "

"We have stayed at margaritaville once before we really enjoy the property and cabin! Unfortunately the River was flooded and the kayaks weren’t in the best condition for such an intense River. Over all we had a blast. The second floor was perfect for the teenage boys to have some privacy and fun. We had everything we need to have awesome family dinners and our pets we’re safe and in heaven!"
