"A very cool place to stay. Not like any house, cabin, or cottage than a soda factory, completely renovated with the industrial look. That being said it was dark with all the gray. I liked how updated and fresh everything was, the new powerful appliances, and soft comfy beds. Except for the couches, which were old, and smelled like wet dog. "We weren’t in the house much at all as we had a lot of places we wanted to go. The bathroom and kitchen were very nice , the pool table was a very nice plus as we like to shoot but didn’t spend much time there to do so. Neighborhood seems a bit sketchy but not terrible, a little more activity then we like during the later hours overall it fit our needs and we would recommend. "Beautiful home and views!"

"The house itself was nice, everything worked well, and the kitchen had everything you needed to cook meals. Only thing was, we were unable to lock any of the windows. Advertised pool available but it had no pool pump and was a nice shade of Alge green. Also advertised as having a trampoline, but it had a rip in it looking unsafe to use. If you are going to continue to advertise these things, please make sure they are safe for use!"

We decided to rent a house this year instead of camping, this house was right next to so many great restaurants and shops, we didn't need to drive to go eat. Plus the house was so clean! The owner also left a binder of local places to visit and try. Would highly recommend this house. "

"The property is nice and mostly clean. The heater in the bedroom made an annoying noise while running so we turned it off every night so we could sleep. Other than that, I would recommend the property to others."

"We came up for a quick family visit and the townhouse was convenient to all of the locations we needed to drive to. It was super clean and very cute! I loved the book to show the historic home before remodeling. The Moyers definitely poured their hearts into preserving certain elements while giving it a modern flair. Highly recommend! "
