Water from shower and sink were down to a trickle. Asked for a different room, but hotel was all booked. Asked for some sort of compensation, but have yet to hear from management. I’m a loyal customer who is not pleased with lack of communication and concern.

The hotel was good overall. The bathroom could have been cleaner. Our bathtub was dirty and the drain was very slow. We also had a dirty hand towel hanging that appeared to have lipstick on it. It was probably from a previous guest that wiped their mouth but didn’t take the towel off the hanging bar to do so and it looked like the towel wasn’t touched so they didn’t change them.

My two young granddaughters loved the pool and stayed there until they were exhausted. That made for a good night's sleep for everyone. We enjoyed the breakfast, especially the waffles.
