We were upgraded to superior room and it was large and comfortable as was bathroom although shower was over the bath. "Really great, modern hotel. Room was big with a great bathroom and roomy shower. Excellent location for walking around Providencia. Staff were all very helpful. Breakfast, restaurant and bar are recommended too."

"Very convenient location and nice staff. I would have prefer to have a room upgrade as I have had in other hotels. Also, during my 10 day stay I did not have a sheet on the bed. I only had a duvet. I asked for it and never get it. Not sure if this is costumary in Chile but I found it weird. "

The bathroom could use an upgrade as it is showing its age. The living room has no tv which means we had to sit on the bad to do work or watch TV making the living room redundant. "Pretty much all the people who works at this hotel are so nice and accommodating…the hotel is in a great neighborhood, close to a beautiful park, restaurants walk in distance and the hotel has a wonderful restaurant with a fabulous breakfast!!! not to mention parking and a pool!!!"
