"Amazing location, great communication, stunning views, Awesome amenities, 3x pools, games room, gym, sauna, spa. Supermarket right at the bottom of the complex, lots of local restaurants, and the tram a 3min walk! We stayed on floor 57, so the view was stunning, there was 8 of us and the apartment really worked. We REALLY enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come back"

"We stayed here for 4 nights! Was absolutely stunning. Immaculate apartments and grounds. The indoor pool did have emergency maintenance while we were there, so was unable to use that for the last 2 days, but that can't be helped. Highly recommend! Also, didn't have to pay for parking! it was included in room!"

"Good hotel if on a budget. Good: good location great views reasonable price. everything nearby. Nice staff. Bad: Bathroom is tiny and has nowhere to hang towels Place could have been cleaner and is quite aged. Kitchen bin was tiny also. TV had loads of wifi connectivity issues and trouble using screen cast. Pool area was fine, pool has a very weird steep angle that runs across the pool. No spa/sauna. Overall would give the place a C "

"This place is awesome. I only have one negative, so first the positives. The staff are professional, helpful, courteous and accommodating. The flat was immaculate, the views unparalleled and I really can’t fault the place at all. The walk to everything was minutes, but still far away enough from the crazy that we were removed from noise. And then those very cute iguanas by the pool were quite entertaining. We named them Charles and Camilla. My only negative was that the bed wasn’t as comfortable...

"I have seen that this apartment had mixed reviews, but I am here to say that I found it 9 out of 10. Fantastic balcony views, nice and tidy. Great location, Coles Supermarket downstairs, close to bars and restaurants. Tram very close. Main bedroom did not have a balcony but has an opening lever window for fresh air."

"A family run resort with an incredible host. Check in was a dream and we were so well looked out for. The rooms and living area are big, and the balcony area is excellent. "Just over the bridge from Surfers Paradise, thus you can easily walk over to the strip. Communication with Jane was easy, quick and efficient. "Q1 is always my go to when visiting the GC. Rooms are great layout with kitchen and laundry. Perfect area with shops, restaurants near by, tram stop right outside easy to get the airport and themeparks. Short walk to and from the beach. Pools and arcade are lovely for adults and kids, longboards restaurant onsite does room service as easy accessible from hotel. Activities staff are really great at matching what you want to do with your budget. Will be coming back "
