"Very nice hotel, but somewhat spoiled by a cranky young man who waited tables in the restaurant with an air of irritation and a habit of ignoring the tables he was waiting on. Otherwise, the staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. Pity about the young man waiting tables, however."

"Great hotel with comfy rooms and plenty of space which was good for skiing. Hotel shuttle to the lifts which was good as long as precooked the evening before. Quiet area with a few restaurant choices within walking distance but easy access to the bus stop to get to Chamonix village. Not always someone on reception and quite quiet in general if you are looking for something a bit more lively! "
