"I booked through Expedia, I got a crappy room, the couch cusions had holes in them, looked dirty, I wouldn't sit on it. There was no bath tub plug. The ceiling was all damaged from water, not repaired. Had a weird smell to it. The check in person was great!! Very polite."

"Overall the hotel and the property was clean and tidy. We stayed for 2 nights. It would have been nice if the maids came in and made the bed, swept the floor, changed the garbage and gave us clean towels after the first night. But that didnt happen, very disappointed."

"When we checked in, we requested the bottom floor as my husband uses a walker, we were able to make that change with no problem. Very competent and friendly staff. Our room was clean and in good repair. Our grandkids came for a visit and we went and used the pool, it was also clean and in great shape. "
