"Our driver Thann was an amazing guide during our tours of the temples of Angkor. The food is pricey but of good quality. The staff were all very helpful and accommodating. The rooms were all beautiful with good ac. The gym area wasn’t ventilated which was the only area for improvement. Otherwise a great spot to stay in Siem Reap. "

"I am giving the hotel 5 stars even though there was one hiccup. They did not charge me upon arrival and then phoned the room at 9 PM to have me pay (for my five day stay.) I was awoken from a sound sleep after 29 hours of flying from Las Vegas, through Seoul and Hanoi to arrive. They could have collected from me in the morning. Other than that, everything was excellent. Breakfast was superb, staff helpful, pool super clean, they spray for mosquitos - I will stay there again on my next trip."

The check-in process was unnecessarily slow—they require you to fill out a form with your phone number, even though they already contacted you on WhatsApp. Additionally, they repeatedly ask guests to sit down, without considering that some may prefer to stand.
