"The property and room were great. I would give 5 stars but all of the booking options say say airport pickup included, but when I contacted them to arrange pickup, I was told they no longer do airport transfers"

"Great location, very friendly staff and clean rooms. Pool was small but decent, probably needs empty and refill more often rather tham just chlorine etc. Excellent stay and value for money accompdation, we would recommend. "

"Very friendly staff. They close the gate to the property at 11pm so if night life is your thing, this may not be the best stay. Very friendly and organized my bus trip for me. They do laundry on site for you for a very reasonable fee. Washed, dried, and folded. "

"Zero but for the neighborhood, run of the mill. The hotel was closed when I arrived on Thursday 17th, 2022, due to covid, nobody, not even the name, anymore. I had received zero notification but I had paid 4 nights I intend to get a refund for from Expedia which didn't notify me either ! "

"I had a fantastic stay at Soben Cafe and Guest House. From the friendly greeting to the immaculate, cozy room, everything was flawless. The inviting ambiance and considerate staff made me feel completely at ease. The on-site cafe offered delectable meals, and the location was perfect, situated in a tranquil neighborhood yet conveniently close to local attractions."

"I stay here 3 nights. Stuff very helpful and have airport pick up. Big room with 3 beds, have hot water, cosy and very comfortable. But hotel can't walk to pub street because the way to go there was dark and unsafe, then you need tuk tuk of the hotel for 5$ round trip and 2$ for one way."

"We arrived and were asked to wait so that the guy on the desk could spray the room with air freshener. On entering the room the place looked shabby and on close inspection of the pillows we quickly decided not to use them as some were stained yellow. The a/c turned on but did nothing to cool down the room and the fan on the wall only oscillated about twice before sticking. "This hotel is beautiful. The breakfast is great with different options to choose from, from omelets and waffles to local Cambodian food. The people working in the hotel were all very kind and respectful. I had an issue with the air conditioning being loud and they sent someone to fix it within 5 minutes. We attended the New year Eve Gala and it was awesome. Great food, drinks, it was beautifully decorated , the live band played cool music and we danced the night away. Oh and the pool is amazing!"

"The service is superb and the pool is epic. Definitely recommend dining on the terrace one evening. The rooms and hotel are old school in design but the pool is beautiful and the staff are amazing. Definitely the best hotel in Siem Reap and well worth it - you’ll want to come back to somewhere like this after all your exploring. NB. bring bug spray!"

"Staff were lovely and attentive. Room was large and clean with lovely appointments. Didn’t need to ask for anything. Close to bar street and numerous food and shopping options. Nice to have good communication and the room explained to u and a full mini bar. Lots of bonuses to keep your costs down. "
