"It’s not a hotel. It’s some guy running a scam. He offers converted apartment rooms for rent, but he’s not there so you cannot check in. There’s guards at the front door, but there’s no reception Area or check-in provided. And Hotels.com won’t give you a refund. And the travel insurance doesn’t work."

"I liked the location. About it . I when i booked the room i was supposed to have a balcony and room cleaner daily No coffee or tea available in room. Not clean. No safe in room as described. Or any of the aove. Staff not interested in making a happy stay. Do not revisit."

"This was unfortunately one of our worst stays in Southeast Asia in over two months of traveling so far. Just about everything was unsatisfactory. The stench from the toilet/bathroom was nauseating and would literally wake you up in the middle of the night it was so strong; there was a HUGE ant problem, to where they were in our bed, in our packs, crawling on us as we use the bathroom, etc.; there was loud noise intermittently throughout the night so that getting more than a few hours of sleep...

"It didnt exist. The hotel is now only a bar. After traveling 27 hours I had no room!! When I booked this room the Travelocity booking agent called the hotel to confirm our late check in. I think they should have mentioned that the number was changed over a year ago. The owner of the bar said he contacted Travelocity but they get the occasional person who booked with Travelocity looking for a room"

"the hotel receptionist did not allow me to stay there. i had paid the room with my credit card and charged the money for it. he said that this hotel does not have an account with hotels.com and they have not received any money from me. he said someone have made this hotels.com account in their name, as a scam, to collect money. i demand this to be investigated immediately, and i demand full refund immediately!"
