"My mom and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! The location was easily accessible and private. The cottage was very clean and had all that we needed—there was even shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Qtips, and cotton balls! The owners were very friendly and welcoming. I’d definitely recommend staying here! Looking forward to staying again in the future sometime!!"

It can be a bit noisy with traffic noise but the neighborhood itself was nice for dog walking and quiet.The faucet in the bathroom needs attention as the cold water handle is broken. Otherwise it was fine"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 day stay at this sweet carriage house. It is lovely and very comfortable for two, equipped with everything you could want. We loved sitting on the front porch swing enjoying the fountain and garden lights. Bonus is the short walk to restaurants and shops in the lovely historic area. We will definitely return!"

"The Casita was a gorgeous stay! The weather cleared up for our weekend and we enjoyed breakfast outside. We walked the property and enjoyed all the art surrounding the place. Quiet and private. We came in at around 11:30pm but we communicated with Claudia about it and she made our check in process easy! We hope to enjoy a future stay here again when we return to Austin. "

"This was not as advertised. There isn't a safe path to the water, and once you get there it looks post-apocolyptic at best thanks to the alligator gar skeletons and murky water. Also, this says it sleeps 4, but there's only a full size bed in the corner of the room. So it sleeps 2 uncomfortably close. We left shortly after we arrived."

Lots of lovely places nearby as well, good recommendations by the host. We hit El Gaucho Winery, the Lighthouse restaurant and Krause Springs, all very convenient from the unit."

"The house is so clean and felt safe. Spent the weekend with friends for a funeral, however it was nice to come “home” to a house with friends and relax, listen to the birds sing and drink a glass of wine. The host was very accommodating and communicated well. I would definitely come back again. My only suggestion is for the cost of the place per night, it would be nice to have a Kuerig coffee maker creamer etc. to have in the morning."

"Great central location to places and restaurants. House was nice and clean. Bed was comfy. Plenty of towels, trash bags, toiletries. There were no washcloths so you’ll want to bring your own. I’m extremely picky on showers/tubs and this one was clean enough to stand in and shower without giving me the ick. Thermostat batteries went out while staying here and they were quick to replace them. 10/10 would stay here again. "

"Great apartments, we really enjoyed the view over the food truck park and being so close to so many great restaurants and bars. Pay close attention to the instructions on how to check in and they are clear and easy. We had issues with the hot water. There was limited/no hot water at night, possibly its on an off peak timer or something. Also the shower pressure and head is terrible, the worst I have expereinced. You get a tiny square inch of water, same size as the square shower head. "
