"Please be aware this is self service and if pub is not open this was challenging. My e-mail/text arrived after I had completed my stay. Contact was difficult and the Indian takeaway opposite was a great help to gain access. This was a shame as the room was excellent. Internet and TV didn't work but that was the storm weekend. So, possibly a reason. Poor phone signal throughout Llangollen anyway."

The instructions were excellent and the owners were incredibly responsive and helpful. "We booked two rooms and my sister refused to stay after one night as it was so dirty. Staff where chopping and cooking food from 11pm until 130am. The kitchen was left in a disgusting unusable condition. The fridge was dirty and smelly with out of date food left in it.
