"The food in The Lion was first class, and the service from Elisha and Mark. However the room had a few problems 1 the hot water was scolding instantly and no mixer , if any child opens the hot tap they woild have 3rd degree burns. 2 the coffee machine had no water chamber ( missing ) 3 there was no bulb in the table lamp Room was clean just not maintained regular in my opinion , ive been in the trades for 40 years so all the jobs would take an hour After saying that i would still stay...

"Charming and lovely property and owners. Our room was so comfortable and elegant that I'm considering decorating one of our bedrooms to match. Tiny little touches like fresh cookies each day and returning to our room with soft music playing on the radio elevated the experience. I wish that we could have stayed longer, and we will definitely come back. We enjoyed the breakfast, what a great way to start the day! The tasting menu and service at dinner was exceptional. We will definitely be back!"
