"Just a lovely little cottage as advertised, in a super convenient location. Everything was available within a short walk from the cottage. It served as a great base from which to explore other nearby villages and attractions, some even within walking distance using the trail whose access was literally behind the cottage. The host was very responsive to the very few questions we had. Luckily it was also cool enough to take advantage of the wonderful wood burner. All in all, we're real happy with...

"We enjoyed our long weekend stay at Bury Fields. Great power shower, comfy beds, well equipped kitchen and good location, near the town but in the countryside. Would recommend bringing some coat hangers with you as mentioned in a few previous reviews but this is a very minor point. Overall a lovely stay, thank you. "

"We had a lovely stay as a young family of four. Although the two single bed room wasn't really appropriate for our young children as the stairs were quite steep and it was a mezzanine as opposed to a separate room. But fortunately the owner installed a stairgate for us which made things a lot safer. It'll be worth mentioning this in the description. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and it was close to lots of family friendly activities"
