"Excellent location for exploring the Cotswolds. Cottage is set back off the main high street and very quiet. It is very small but was fine for the two of us and our dog. If I’m really honest I feel you would be pushed to have more than 2 adults staying or anyone with poor mobility as the stairs are very steep. The property was clean, comfortable bed but personally I feel it needs a bit of tlc in regard to the misted windows and soft furnishings. However, we had a fabulous time and communication...

Because of its location car parking is not easy residents get very protective of their perceived space and put cones and no parking signs outside; in the summer months parking must be even worse. "Lovely property just a short walk into the centre of Bourton on the water, though beware there is a very steep hill to climb when walking back. Very spacious. Lounge and open plan kitchen could do with a bit of an update. Fabulous views across the country side and so many different species of birds to view from the very large window in the lounge. Owners very kindly left binoculars and a bird book. Extremely quiet setting. Stayed Friday to Monday and it was a really lovely break. "
