"Great stay, my only comment would be the switch to turn the light off was behind the curtains at the front door! Minor problem I just like to be able to turn the lights of from the bed! Like I say, just a minor thing for me!"

"Stayed overnight on 2 separate days for only the nights due to the time frame of my itinerary. The management staff were lovely, very helpful and accommodating due to my late checkin times. Only had the opportunity of visiting 2 attractions in Whangarei. Loved every minute. Would like to see more if I come to New Zealand for another holiday. "

"This was our 8th stay at the Waitangi Copthorne, we usually go once a year and for the same reason, it is close to home while still feeling like you are on holiday, our children love the pool area and the team are always friendly. "

Also big shoutout to the manager for being so kind as to allow a late checkout. Only downfalls: expensive laundry and the need to clean things like the ceiling fans and the skylight.
