"Such a beautiful place to stay. Linda was an incredible host and helpful. Room was gorgeous, spa bath an extra beautiful bonus. Plunger coffee and make up bathroom fluffy towels. Excellent pressure shower and incredibly comfortable bed. Road noise didnt bother me as im a good sleeper anyway. Loved my stay and will definitely return if staying in Whangarei"

"The Matauwhi Bay Manor was the most magnificent vacation holiday place we have ever stayed in.The ground was stunning with gardens, trees, and “bush” surrounding this large Manor House. The views in three directions where of the beautiful Matauwhi Bay with picturesque boats anchored all the way around. The interior of the manor felt like we were staying in Downton Abbey.
