"The property manager was not reasonable in our request for a compensation settlement being that the flat had no heating one evening. She said that I should have called her to which I responded that I hadn’t that evening due to the lateness and opted to report it in the morning. She was not accommodating but curt. I further want all to know that even though the place is supposed to be smoke free it really isn’t as a person can smoke in an outdoor door space outside the bedroom. All smoke odors...

"The unit at Central Point was great for an extended business trip as it had a full kitchen and laundry machine. The unit I ended up in was a bit older than the pictures suggested but I figure that's just down to differences between units. Area was very central with many food and entertainment options. Only caveat is that it could get a bit loud on a Friday and Saturday night which wasn't an issue for me as it was the weekend. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a central location...

"The host never responded to any communications. I tried calling, SMS, email and hotel.com chat. The agent also tried to contact them unsuccessfully. I had to wait until 4pm on the day of arrival before the agent agreed to re-book. After that I then had to wait for hotels.com to respond. Gave up and asked for a refund. These people will leave you oit of pocket, on the street, in the dark. Dangerous and unethical practice especially for lone female travellers."

"Property was clean, good location, near the cruise ports, restraunts, coffee shops. It was difficult for us to get into the building initially as we arrived later. But we got in touch with contact number and spoke with someone who arranged entry to building front door."

I found the check-in a little confusing, but got it figured out with Eusebio’s help on the phone. We stayed during a heat wave, and there is no air conditioning. It is noisy as the trains run constantly, probably nosier because we had the balcony door open because of the heat. "We chose this location due to its proximity to Rubys where I was holding my 60th birthday party.The check in process was an absolute nightmare! You had to collect keys from a busy newsagent which was a 25 minute walk from the property with luggage! The owner of the newsagent was rude and very uncooperative he said the code given was wrong and totally ignored me whilst he served other customers. It took me over 30 minutes to finally get the keys after 3 separate codes. We had a taxi outside...

Lovely stay

"Great stay. Initially we had a dirty bath upon arrival however after staff trying to clean it theg couldnt get the marks off. They offered us a free upgrade. Wenloved thebroo. And servoxe. The food was good to. We had a carvery and a breakfast. The hotplate was quite small but the hotel did not seem that busy at the time. There was an initial wait as we arrived at checkin time 1500 and others had to wait as well for rooms to be finihsed cleaning. No one checked in till 1600. This mildly inconvenient as we went to have our carvery. I put this down to being a bank holiday weekend on a sunday and not having staff in. "
