"Property is very clean, spacious and only 2 blocks from the beach & boardwalk. There is an excellent restaurant right next door. The third bedroom is a bit of an oddity--it is a small room with stacked washer & dryer and a private bathroom. We would stay there again."

"Everything was great. Check in and communication with the property owner was great. We were weary of using the upstairs bathroom as there was obvious plumbing issues from the wet stains on the ceiling in the kitchen. Nothing noticeably wet. We just used the bathroom downstairs for the duration of our stay. The condo was clean and big. Pictures online absolutely did it justice. True to size in the photos. "We rented this home for a baseball weekend in Manahawkin. It FAR exceeded our expectations! The home itself is lovely with many amenities, upgrades and charming “beach” decor. The best part of the home, in my opinion is out back on the lagoon! Our boys kayaked, paddle board, fished off the dock and made s’mores and hot dogs in the fire pit. We made a quick 20 minute drive to LBI for the day as well which was very convenient to get to. Highly recommend this home for a peaceful relaxing get away!...

"There was a mixup in the dates reserved where the stay requested was longer than the intended days. Thought everything was ok after speaking with the host and Vrbo immediately after the booking stating the issue. The intent was to change the date to the correct date and not be charged for the day we were not staying The end result was a refusal from the host to credit the day submitted in error and not used even after contacting them prior of the inadvertent date.
