"The place was clean and I thoroughly enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub. It was unclear in the listing that this was connected to another unit and I was glad that it was not rented at the time of our stay. There was construction happening the first two days of our stay, but as we were prepping for my best friend's wedding, it wasn't really an issue. The construction crew was super nice. If I was ever planning a getaway in that area on the future, I would definitely consider this place again,...

"We loved this place and property. We stayed in the area to hike around CVNP and it was perfect. We got lucky and did not have any one else staying near the adjacent properties. We were able to see deer, turkeys, hawks, and a giant possum walking around the rental. The back porch was perfect to watch the sunrise while drinking a cup of coffee. The kitchen was stocked with the basics. There were plenty of toiletries available. The place was super clean and that heat toilet seat was a pleasant...

"This is exactly as pictured. The bed is a med/firm foam mattress and was great. The couch was comfortable. This was a quick overnight stay for us. My one suggestion is to tweak description to let us know there is only a fridge, no freezer. And my one disappointment was no coffee available. If you are not providing coffee, please let us know in the amenities listing. "As the ad says, there is plenty of sleeping spots....most memory foam. House is old and in good shape and everything worked just fine. Zero communication from manager until we were a day into the stay, which was greatly needed the day before or at least day of arrival. They were all "stock" form messages, so no need to send them nearly after the stay ended. Only disappointment from the stay."

"2nd time staying here in the last couple of years on our road trip to visit family in NY during the holidays. Very reasonable, room was good, nice shower, good location, staff was friendly. Big plus, parking was included. Close to Little Italy for a nice meal that night. "
