"We booked a one bedroom spa suite for a weekend. First room was perfectly laid out, clean etc but unfortunately our loo wasn’t working. We notified staff who sent a maintenance person and when it couldn’t be quickly fixed, moved us to another similar suite. Again clean, well maintained, spacious and comfortable. We had a lovely weekend exploring the area and Byron Bay, it was a joy to come back to a spa bath after a day of sightseeing, sun and sand. Dining options for vegans were limited but...

"We booked this property at the last minute, due to a canceled flight. The staff at reception was very helpful and friendly. We were upgraded to a suite, but did not get to enjoy all the facilities as we left at 6am. The room was clean, spacious and equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay."

We had a lovely weekend exploring the area and Byron Bay, it was a joy to come back to a spa bath after a day of sightseeing, sun and sand. Dining options for vegans were limited but what we did have was outstanding (tacos at the Mexican restaurant and stir fries at the Thai). Every staff member we encountered was friendly, polite and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again. "
