"This house has potential and can be great if the host invests a little more into some basics and addresses the TLC needed to make it feel more like a home away from home. Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. House was clean - no issues with that. Bedrooms and bathrooms were great to allow everyone space. "This place was a good stay in a nice neighborhood. However, it isn't worth the price we paid for it. They make the pool heating process complicated and wanted 350 per day to heat it. You also couldn't choose which days you wanted it heated because the "pool guys don't work on the weekends". In fact neither did their customer service. "We had a great time in AZ. We spent a lot of time at the house as we had 2 kids that love to swim (I think the adults had almost as much fun, too). The pool and hot tub were so much fun! The putting green was a bonus. The backyard has some great shade if you want to stay out of the sun. There were plenty of options for sleeping and more than enough room for our group.
