"The staff is amazing at this hotel and excellent service. The building is very nicely updated and they are making every effort to maintain it. Just location downtown meant that we did have several drunk people trying to get into our room by mistake but that isnt the hotels issue. They have one entrance to hotel from front lobby at night to try to keep issues to a minimum (I think?). Thisnis the second time we have stayed at this hotel. There is a slight smell of urine in bathroom and front lobby but it might just be a smell from a building that has been here for awhile. Again, well maintained building, clean and tidy. Excellent staff. Would recommend."

"Great value. Complimentary breakfast at in site restaurant. Thick towels, fridge, microwave and coffee centre in room. Beds are comfortable, lots of usb ports and plug ins for electronics. Great water pressure in the shower too!"

"all good. Bathroom is small and the door is awkward, but it is an older hotel. Bathroom has modern amenities but it is small. Otherwise, the room was clean, and the hotel was friendly."

"I asked for an early check in and they were more than happy to accomodate for me and same went with late check-out as well. The front desk was very helpful with all my needs "
