"We all enjoyed our stay. The location is great, lots to do! Loved the easy access to the mall and movies without even having to go out into the cold. The only complaints i would have is that there was no towels at the pool as we forgot to pack some, and when we asked at the desk they were completely out! It was not nice running up to the 4th floor freezing with no towels. Also when entering our room it smelt like sweat or something; just an awful smell and whem we left we all had the smell on...

"Was a great experience, with nothing to complain about except for some issues with the shower. The water did not fully go up to the shower head causing a loid piercing noise and the stopper to have a bath did not work properly causing the tub to drain"

"Clean, updated, comfortable. Nice continental breakfast area. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are a little on the smaller side, but we were really only there to sleep, so it was fine. But if you will be spending a lot of time in your room it’s something to keep in mind. Overall a positive experience/stay."
